Processing times
When your order leaves our hands and hits the carrier.
Order handling
Orders placed Mon–Fri are processed within 1–2 business days. Weekend/holiday orders process the next business day.
Note: Peak drops or verification checks may add 1 business day.
Cut-off time
Orders placed after 2pm PT are treated as the next business day for processing.

Rates are carrier-calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service selected.
United States
- Standard: 3–6 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day
Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Selection may vary by address.
Canada
- Tracked: 4–9 business days
- Expedited: 2–5 business days
Duties/taxes assessed by customs are the buyer’s responsibility unless shown at checkout.
International
- Tracked Priority: 6–12 business days
- Express: 3–6 business days
Delivery times are estimates. Customs inspections can cause delays.
Delivery estimates start after your package is scanned by the carrier. We don’t ship on US federal holidays.
Tracking & order status
Tracking link
You’ll receive a tracking email when your label is created. The link activates once the carrier scans the package.

- Multiple items may ship in separate boxes with separate tracking
Signature & security
Orders may require a signature upon delivery at our discretion, especially over $400 or shipping to multi-unit addresses.
If you need to add or remove signature service, reply to your confirmation email before the order ships.
International shipping
Customs, duties, taxes
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) unless duties/taxes are prepaid at checkout. Any import fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
Refusals due to duties/taxes will be treated as returns per our policy and may have fees deducted.

PO Boxes
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS services only. Expedited options may be limited.
Military addresses
APO/FPO/DPO are supported via USPS. Transit times vary by destination and military processing.
Address changes & order edits
Before shipment
Email [email protected] immediately with your order number and the correct address. We’ll do our best if the label hasn’t been printed.
After shipment
Once in transit, address changes are not guaranteed. We can attempt a carrier intercept where available; carrier fees may apply.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
Marked delivered, not received
- Check with neighbors and building staff
- Wait 24–48 hours for a possible late scan
- Contact the carrier with tracking for GPS scan details

In-transit delays
Weather, operational backlogs, or customs can cause delays. We’ll assist with next steps if a package stops updating for 7+ days (domestic) or 14+ days (international).
Damage on arrival
Photograph the box, label, and item immediately. Contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier claim and resolve it fast.
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. We’ll advocate for you on any carrier investigation or claim.
