OUR MOVEMENT
At Crash & Burn, we have always looked to music as a source of inspiration and we believe that every child has the right to music education. Unfortunately, millions of children across the US today do not have access to a complete education that includes music; as these programs continue to experience massive cuts in many cities and communities across the US. To help address this problem, Crash & Burn Apparel is partnering with the VH1 Save The Music Foundation and their Songwriters Music Series, which will support the Foundation's mission to restore instrumental music programs across the country.

Crash & Burn has designed a limited edition t-shirt for the Songwriters Music Series, where a portion of the t-shirt proceeds will benefit the VH1 Save The Music Foundation in its mission to keep music alive in American public schools. The t-shirts are 100% organic cotton with a novelty wash giving it our distinct Crash & Burn look.

SONGWRITERS MUSIC SERIES
On May 10th, 2011 the VH1 Save The Music Foundation kicked off the Songwriters Music Series at the Hard Rock Cafe New York. The series then traveled to Nashville, Tennessee in June and concluded in Los Angeles at the Sunset Marquis in West Hollywood in September. In total, the 2011 Songwriters Music Series raised over $358,000 in support music education programs nationwide.

This year's music series will kick-off in Chicago, travel to New York and conclude in California reflecting the country's multi-ethnic population and diverse array of musical styles such as: hip hop, rock and roll, country, rhythm and blues, jazz and pop. Each event will provide an exciting opportunity for energized, informed and socially conscious individuals to share in and spread the word about the power of music.
